Toddler
It’s been some time, Mumma! If you’re reading this now, your little one should be well into their terrific twos or threes!
Many parents love this stage for many reasons. As their babies grow in size and gain independence, their personality starts to become more distinct. Every day you’re probably getting to know them better, their likes and dislikes, their inclinations and all that.
At this point, you may be starting to wonder if you should put them in classes or let them try out some fun activities to burn off the boundless energy they seem to have! This is a great time to start considering what they might like, based on your observations.
Does your son or daughter love music or dancing? Are they really confident in the water when you take them swimming? Or maybe they show agility on the playground when throwing and catching objects? Some kids may prefer quieter pursuits like being read to or playing pretend with your kitchen utensils.
Let their attitudes and behaviour guide you when embarking on some fun activities for young kids! Because they’re still so young, you can afford to explore different things. So go ahead and sign up for those trial classes! Who knows, you might uncover some hidden talents. At the very least, with your positive encouragement and loving support, your child will surely have a blast.
